This online conference is an ideal space for career services professionals to share innovative, effective, and impactful practices and research.


This program is ideal for college career services professionals who are looking for innovative practices and research to apply in their career development practices.


This conference brings college career professionals together in a conference via online webinar series to share innovative practices in career services. The conference will feature 8-12 presentations. Each 20-minute presentation will include a chat activity and have additional time for question/answer sessions. The interactive webinar conference series will include innovative ideas in the following areas:

  • Career development practices

  • Reaching more students

  • Utilizing peer mentors in career services

  • Career services research

Many institutions do not have the budgets to send every professional in their career services department to a national career conference. Yet, we need to regularly share research, innovations and best practices for ideas, inspiration and camaraderie.
