The video also addresses the "pitfalls" peer leaders may fall into when trying to help students and offers alternative communication methods to help students achieve self-authorship and independent decision-making skills.  Every peer leader must step into the peer mentor role at some point, and this video will help all peer leaders successfully establish rapport and motivate others.
