Conference Registration

Register now to secure your place at the 2017 Texas Peer Leadership Conference! Space is limited so don't wait. We want to encourage groups to attend because we know people are far more likely to turn conference knowledge into action if they share the experience with others from their same program! When 4 or more students/staff/faculty from the same peer leadership program register at the same time, you receive a $10 discount on each registration. Just make sure to fill out the group registration form to get your discount!

Early Bird Deadline: September 15th, 2017

     Early Bird Registration Fee: $75/person

Regular Registration Deadline: October 1st, 2017

     Regular Registration Fee: $85/person

Late Registration Deadline: October 1st, 2017

     Late Registration: $95/person

The registration fee for Baylor University students and staff members is $25/person. Please use the button to the right to register and receive your discount.


General Conference and Cancellation Policies

Customer Service: For questions about registration and housing, contact Lisa Wexler at Eduology and The Peer Leader Center at  lisa@peerleadercenter.org or 303-440-0067. 

Required Attendee Registration: All individuals attending the conference must pay a registration fee. All workshops and educational session presenters whose proposals were accepted must be registered!  Presenters of accepted workshop proposals will receive a $10 discount on their registrations.**

Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company. Please email request and complete the online registration form (without submitting payment) for the substitute attendee, to Lisa Wexler at lisa@peerleadercenter.org.

Meals: Coffee and breakfast are provided at sign-in and lunch and a snack are provided during the conference.  

Registration Rate Deadlines and Payment Information: The deadlines for submitting online registration forms are posted above. After submitting your registration, you will be redirected to PayPal to make payment by credit card. If your institution will not allow payment submission by credit card and/or through PayPal, please submit the online registration form without completing payment.  You may then pay by check.  Please make out checks to Eduology and mail payment to Lisa Wexler, Eduology Limited, PO Box 3643, Centennial CO 80161 or submit the check during sign-in on the day of the conference. Registered attendees who have not submitted payment by 9:00 a.m. the day of the conference will not be able to attend.

Cancellation and Refund Request Policies: To cancel a registration and request a refund, an email request must be sent to Lisa Wexler at Eduology and The Peer Leader Center at lisa@peerleadercenter.org. Please enter "2017 Texas Peer Leadership Conference Refund" in the subject line. Please allow 10 business days for processing refunds.Refund requests emailed by September 30, 2017 will receive a full refund, less a $10 service and processing fee of the registration fee. Due to catering deposit deadlines and other logistics, refund requests cannot be taken after September 30th, 2017.

 

*Students from our partner program who have a volunteer position at the conference will receive 1 complimentary registration and all other Baylor University students/staff will receive a discounted registration.

** With the exception of Baylor students who already have received the $25 discounted registration price and partner program volunteers with complimentary registrations.
