Conference Registration

Register now to secure your place at the Rocky Mountain Peer Leadership Conference!  Space is limited, so don't wait.  We want to encourage groups to attend because we know people are far more likely to turn conference knowledge into action if they share the experience with others from their same program!  We have even scheduled in planning time for you to debrief and plan with others from your program. When 5 or more students/staff/faculty from the same peer leadership program register at the same time, you receive a $10 discount on each registration.   Just make sure to fill out the group registration form to get your discount!

 

Individual Registration

 Individual Registration Deadlines and Fees:

Early Bird Deadline: Extended to Jan. 20, 2014

     Early Bird Registration Fee: $55

Regular Registration Deadline: Now Feb. 18, 2014

     Regular Registration Fee: $60

Late Registration Deadline: After Feb. 18, 2014

     Late Registration: $65

General Conference and Cancellation Policies

Customer Service: For questions about registration and housing, contact Lisa Wexler at The Peer Leader Center at  lisa@peerleadercenter.org or 303-221-9429. 

Required Attendee Registration: All individuals attending the conference must pay a registration fee. All workshops and educational session presenters MUST be registered!*  

Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company. Please email request and complete the online registration form (without submitting payment) for the substitute attendee, to Lisa Wexler at The Peer Leader Center at lisa@peerleadercenter.org.

Meals: Coffee is provided at sign-in and lunch is provided during the conference.  

Registration Rate Deadlines: The deadlines have been established for submitting online registration forms.  If your institution will not allow payment submission through PayPal, please submit the online registration form without completing payment.  You may submit payment by check during sign-in on the day of the conference. Registered attendees who have not submitted payment by 9:00 a.m. the day of the conference will not be able to attend.

Cancellation Policies: To cancel a registration and request a refund, an email request must be sent to Lisa Wexler at The Peer Leader Center at lisa@peerleadercenter.org. Please enter "2014 Rocky Mountain Peer Leadership Conference Refund" in the subject line. Please allow 10 business days for processing refunds.

Refund Request Deadlines

Refund requests emailed by February 15, 2014 will receive a full refund, less a $10 service and processing fee of the registration fee.

*University of Colorado-Denver P.A.L. students who volunteer at the conference will receive 1 complimentary registration.
