Conference Registration

Register now to secure your place at the Rocky Mountain Peer Leadership Conference!  Space is limited so don't wait. We want to encourage groups to attend because we know people are far more likely to turn conference knowledge into action if they share the experience with others from their same program!  We have even scheduled in planning time for you to debrief and plan with others from your program. When 4 or more students/staff/faculty from the same peer leadership program register at the same time, you receive a $10 discount on each registration. Just make sure to fill out the group registration form to get your discount!

Where do registration funds go? A beautiful venue, a catered lunch, conference logistics, and a donation to College Summit (a non-profit program to improve access to college for low-income students and includes peer mentoring).

     Early Bird Registration Fee: $85/person

Regular Registration Deadline: February 1, 2016

     Regular Registration Fee: $95/person

Late Registration Deadline: After February 1, 2016

     Late Registration: $105/person

Group Registration Form and Payment

General Conference and Cancellation Policies

Required Attendee Registration: All individuals attending the conference must pay a registration fee. All workshops and educational session presenters must be registered!*  

Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed for individuals within the same institution/company. Please email request and complete the online registration form (without submitting payment) for the substitute attendee, to Lisa Wexler at The Peer Leader Center at lisa@peerleadercenter.org by April 10, 2016.

Meals: Coffee is provided at sign-in and lunch is provided during the conference.  

Registration Rate Deadlines and Payment Information: The deadlines for submitting online registration forms are posted above. After submitting your registration, you will be re-directred to PayPal to make payment by credit card. If your institution will not allow payment submission by credit card and/or through PayPal, please submit the online registration form without completing payment.  You may then pay by check.  Please make out checks to The Peer Leader Center and mail payment to Lisa Wexler, Peer Leader Center, 6711 S. Ivy Way, Box 40 Centennial CO 80112 or submit the check during sign-in on the day of the conference. Registered attendees who have not submitted payment by 9:00 a.m. the day of the conference will not be able to attend.

Cancellation Policies: To cancel a registration and request a refund, an email request must be sent to Lisa Wexler at The Peer Leader Center at lisa@peerleadercenter.org. Please enter "2016 Rocky Mountain Peer Leadership Conference Refund" in the subject line. Please allow 10 business days for processing refunds. 

Refund Request Deadlines

Refund requests emailed by February 25, 2016 will receive a full refund, less a $10 service and processing fee of the registration fee. Due to rental space and catering deposit deadlines, refund requests cannot be taken after February 25, 2016. Instead, you can make a substitution for another person from your institution.

*Students from partner colleges who volunteer at the conference will receive 1 complimentary registration.
