Overview
Difficult conversations are part of the peer leadership experience. Whether with a student or a supervisor, these conversations greatly impact the way peer leaders view their overall leadership roles and experiences. Poorly-managed conversations can leave students frustrated and negative, while well-managed conversations provide students with opportunities to practice their conflict management and communication skills. These conversations also shape their professional relationships now and in the future. This interactive webcast will teach students how to manage these difficult circumstances and conversations. The facilitator then brings this topic to life through role playing scenarios.
