Speaker Details
Thank you for participating in Eduology’s “All Together Now” conference to celebrate practices that encourage student belonging, campus connections and student success. This page will give you a basic run-down of what you need to do before and during the conference.
1. Please click on this link to the conference details and scroll down to the presentation descriptions to double check your speaking time. If you have any questions, please let me know!
2. If you have not already had your run-through and pre-recording, please email me to set up time to talk through the presentation day details.
3. You should have received a Panelist Link from Zoom for the conference. We will resend them within 24 hours of the conference, so it’s easy to find. This is the link for the conference. (The one we used for pre-recording is not the correct one.)
4. On the day of the conference, please login 15 minutes early, so we can check your audio/video, bring up the presentation and manage any issues.
5. When your presentation time begins, I'll introduce speakers by name, title and institution with the presentation title and then hand it over to you.
6. Complete the form below. It will lead you to a link to set up your account for the free video library access. You will also have access to the recorded conference!

Please complete this short form. Once submitted, you will be redirected to the sign in for your free 1-month access to the Eduology Video Library. Simply create your account in the Thinkific system. The video library access will be added to your account by October 1st. We hope you enjoy it! If you have any questions about the video library or want recommendations for viewing, please don’t hesitate to email your questions to info@eduology.org.
