Payment, Refund, Cancellation and Event/Course Policies

For Webinars and Conferences

  • Payments must be received 7 days prior to the event to secure your place in an event. Please email lisa@eduology.org if you have questions or need to make special arrangements for payments.

  • Eduology Limited will issue a full refund if a registered attendee sends a cancellation request by email to lisa@eduology.org 7 days prior to an event.

  • We cannot issue refunds within 6 days of the event due to event costs.

  • If we have less than 2 attendees registered by the week before an event, Eduology Limited reserves the right to cancel the event and will issue a full refund to registered attendees.

    For Online Courses

  • Payments must be received prior before you receive course access instructions. Please email lisa@eduology.org if you have questions or need to make special arrangements for payments.

  • Eduology Limited will issue a full refund if a registered attendee sends a cancellation request by email to lisa@eduology.org within 24 hours of registering.

  • Course must be completed by May 31st of the school year in which student(s) is registered.

  • Students have an additional 3 months to submit verification of peer mentoring practical hours to receive certificate
