Our Story
In 2013, we began to build a caring, quality organization to train college professionals and college peer leaders in student success best practices. We knew that great educators need research-based tools to develop strong student relationships, effective programs and a positive and fair learning environment. We also wanted to give back to our education community. Finally, we felt all professionals need a positive working environment. Thus, Eduology set out to:
1) Provide educators with tools to create authentic, positive and equitable interactions with students
2) Engage educators in interactive learning experiences with higher education experts
3) Give back to the community through donations to support educational access for all
4) Create a fair workplace and promote work-life balance
Since then, Eduology has held numerous webinar trainings and workshops for college educators across the country, Canada, the UAE and Australia and 7 large regional college peer leader conferences in Colorado, California and Texas. The organization continues to develop purposeful and engaging trainings and is adding kind, knowledgeable members to its team. Eduology also annually donates a portion of its profits to organizations that promote equal educational access to college.

What We Do
Dedicated to training higher education professionals in research-based best practices, Eduology provides training experiences on topics in the areas of academic leadership, student affairs, career services, academic advising, academic support, teaching and college student peer mentoring.
We know that real training requires more than a single presentation. We strive to create engaging, project-based learning experiences for higher education professionals, so they not only learn concepts but have the concrete tools and practice needed to support students. Our webinar trainings include pre-learning, an engaging presentation with a national higher education expert and follow-up activities to help practitioners apply the training content via a multi-step project.
