OVERVIEW

The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a wave of ripple effects through higher education especially in connection with student engagement. Career Services professionals across the United States are reporting a decrease in student utilization of services including event attendance, coaching services, on-campus employment and more.

Student interest in connecting with employers has even waned decreasing utilization in recruitment databases, on-campus recruitment, and career fair attendance. In this webinar, the speaker will consider the following questions: How do you get students to return to the career center post-pandemic? What does the new normal look like for career services? What do students care about today? What are innovative solutions to re-brand, re-structure and re-design services for a new normal?
