Instructor

Jill Putman, Director, Director of Academic College Partnerships in the Career Center at Colorado State University (CSU)

Jill manages a team of career professionals that advance career education strategies and initiatives in seven academic colleges. She also has previous experience in academic advising, overseeing campus-wide academic interventions, and TRIO Student Support Services programs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from Miami University and a Master of Education degree in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia. Jill is a first-generation college graduate and passionate about educational access, equity, and promoting asset-based approaches to student success. 


Courtney Martinez (any/all), Assessment Coordinator in the Career Center at Colorado State University (CSU)

Courtney oversees the campus wide career assessments and surveys, use data to evaluate effectiveness and impact, and work with the Career Center team to amplify the experiences of students and partners. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Social Work degree from Colorado State University. Courtney is the proud child of public educators who believes strongly in the inherent dignity of the individual, the power of stories, and the role of macro to micro assessment.
